Lee Rosenthal has been practicing law in Florida since 1982. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida Bar's Elder Law Section, the  Probate and Real Property Section and the he serves on the Committee On Exploitation and Abuse of the Elderly. His practice areas include elder law, wills & trusts, estate planning, probate, guardianships and business law.

Mr. Rosenthal began as a certified legal intern with the Broward State Attorney's Office, then served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida.  Lee was later retained, on contract, to function as General Counsel for the SWA of Palm Beach County, a governmental agency responsible for over one hundred million dollars of budgeted items each year, approximately $300,000,000 of debt obligations and over 400 employees.

Mr. Rosenthal's academic background includes graduating magna cum laude from Suffolk University, with a B.S. in business administration, and a Juris Doctor degree with Dean's List honors.

Mr. Rosenthal also has been licensed  as a financial advisor (Series 7, 63, 65), so he understands the financial components necessary for individuals to properly preserve their assets and do estate planning.
